Our cheeses get ripened in our underground cheese cellar for 6-9 weeks depending on size and variety. This process gives the cheese its special flavour and unique touch. All of our cheeses are produced with only best quality organic raw milk. Every cheese is produced of the milk of only one single cow, thus guaranteeing genetic pureness and easy digestiveness.
