This is our original, mild and tasty organic ripe cheese with a mild hot taste of chili. Hand-made from organic raw cow's milk, supreme in combination with our healthy bread, which you find here.

These cheeses get ripened in our underground cheese cellar for 5-9 weeks depending on size and variety. This process gives the cheese its special flavour and unique touch.
All of our cheeses are produced with only best quality organic raw milk. Every cheese is produced of the milk of only one single cow, thus guaranteeing genetic pureness and easy digestiveness.
