Fresh full cream, unaged spreading cheese, made of yogurt from only grass fed (partly sugar cane leaves, while cows are milked) cows. It's without preservatives and as a result, it has a shorter shelf-life than commercially produced ones (about a week). The flavor is mild, fresh-tasting, and sweet, yet has a pleasing slight tang and is a perfect combination to our healthy bread, which you find here.
