250g Dried Banana Halves delivered in glass jars (Price incl. 40ct deposit for the jar)

Our "non Cavendish" (Gros Michel) Bananas are ripening at the trunk in our Orchard until their peel literally cracks . All the starch then has been transformed into fructose and this gives them an uncompatible taste and nutritious power. We slice the bananas carefully and dry them first under the sun and finally in a dryer.
An ideal energy spending snack!
